- Identify and engage potential investors, presenting Speiro's value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse investor base.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling pitch materials.
- Organize and participate in networking events and investor meetings.
- Provide insights into market trends to guide our investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Strong network in the investment community.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of real estate investment concepts and market dynamics.
